    A short pick, wrong variation, damaged item, or package mismatch is not an inconvenience to hide. It is work. The resolution should show what action was taken, who acted, and whether the order can proceed.<\/p>\n

    Paid-but-unpicked orders, open picking issues, confirmation mismatches, dispatched-but-unresolved packages, customer updates, and the next responsible action should be reviewable without searching WhatsApp again.<\/p>\n
