Trust and verification

Editorial and evidence policy

IGFirst OS publishes operational guidance to help Nigerian inventory-heavy businesses make informed decisions. We separate verifiable facts, customer evidence, product capability statements, and our own assessment.

Product claims

A capability is described as available only when it exists in the current product or documented deployment. Configuration-dependent, limited-rollout, beta, and planned capabilities must be labelled.

Comparisons

Competitor facts must link to official documentation or first-party product pages and include a verification date. Recommendations are limited to a defined buyer and operating context.

Case studies

Named outcomes require written customer permission, a defined baseline, measurement period, implementation scope, calculation method, verification date, and attributable quote. Review schema is added only when the reviewer is identifiable and the statement is genuine.

Anonymized evidence

Anonymized or composite operational patterns are labelled clearly. They are not presented as independent endorsements, named customer results, or universal performance guarantees.

Research and calculators

Public scores and estimates must show their formula, assumptions, and limitations. Estimates are diagnostic prompts, not audited financial losses.

Corrections

Material errors are corrected promptly and the review date is updated. Correction requests can be submitted through the Operations Fit Call form with “editorial correction” in the message.
