Delete account or business data

Staff may request deletion of their login and eligible personal data. A verified business owner may request the entire business account immediately or after the paid term.

Subscription cancellation is separate. Deleting IGFirstERP data does not cancel an Apple subscription. Cancel it from Apple subscription management.

We use a neutral response so this form cannot be used to discover registered accounts. Eligible information is deleted or de-identified after verification and review. Records required for tax, accounting, security, disputes, or operational audit may be retained as explained in the Privacy Policy.
