Service terms
Terms of Service
Effective August 29, 2026. By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or using IGFirstERP, you agree to these terms.
1. Service and account responsibility
IGFirstERP provides business operations software and related tools. You are responsible for account credentials, user permissions, the accuracy of information entered, and lawful use of the service. You must not interfere with platform operations, abuse integrations, or attempt unauthorized access.
2. Billing channels and subscription
A subscription may be billed directly by IGFirstERP or through Apple or Google Play. The source shown in Plan & Billing controls renewal, cancellation, payment-method changes, and applicable refund handling. A business may have only one active base subscription and may switch channels after the paid term expires unless an assisted transition says otherwise.
Store prices may differ because storefront pricing, taxes, currencies, and provider costs differ. The price and renewal terms shown by the store at confirmation are authoritative for that purchase.
3. Renewals, cancellation, and refunds
Apple and Google subscriptions may renew automatically until cancelled through the relevant store. Store refund requests follow the store's rules and decision. Direct-contract cancellation and refund terms follow the applicable order, invoice, or written agreement. Cancellation normally stops future renewal and does not erase historical operational records.
4. Assisted services
Migration, setup, training, support, custom development, and other human-delivered services require a confirmed scope. A needs form or Operations Fit Call is not a purchase or promise of delivery. Fees, dates, responsibilities, and acceptance terms are set out separately. Assisted services do not silently add digital plan capacity.
5. Integrations, Cortex, and hosted analysis
Third-party integrations are subject to their own terms and availability. Cortex may inspect authorized records and prepare operational work, but its conclusions depend on the evidence available and remain subject to human review. Consequential record changes retain their permission, approval, idempotency, and verification controls.
Where a Cortex workflow requires hosted analysis, the business instructs IGFirstERP to send the minimum authorized material to an approved processor under the Privacy Policy and published retention boundary.
6. Availability and liability
Temporary downtime may occur for maintenance, incidents, or third-party dependency failures. To the extent allowed by law, IGFirstERP is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from service use, business decisions, or third-party actions.
7. Termination and deletion
We may suspend or terminate access for abuse, illegal activity, security risk, or serious breach. Subscription cancellation and account deletion are separate: deleting IGFirstERP data does not automatically cancel an Apple or Google subscription.
